An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the TAAC Care Group as an Assistant Service Manager.  Working on a full time basis across sites in Hull  as part of the Humber Health Partnership.

Reporting to the  Senior Service Manager and wider operational team, this post will support the management team in delivering general operational management and business support to a number of services.

The post holder will be fully involved in planning and achieving the Care Group's overall objectives and will work as a member of the management team. A key function of the Assistant Service Manager role is to support the Trust to achieve the national access targets. Primarily  focusing on Pre-Assessment pathway improvement, PKB development and implementation, Cancelled on the day tracking and trending.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to work closely with senior clinicians, effectively manage performance against a range of standards and support the management team in generating clear strategic plans for their services.

Main duties of the job

The role of Assistant Service Manager is a practical one and the post holder will work as part of the management team responsible for the care group. The post holder will report to the  Senior Service Manager.
