Appointments Administrator - Radiology Reception

Job overview

We are looking for a Reception Appointments Administrator to work within the Radiology team at the Westmorland General Hospital, booking patient appointments for Radiology examinations and receiving our patients into the department on reception.  There are 25 hours available to provide administration support for the new Community Diagnostics Centre CT & MRI Scanners.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be expected to have experience in clerical work and dealing with the public, have good communication and organisation skills and preferably a working knowledge of healthcare IT systems.
