The ideal applicant will:

- Posses excellent communication skills, good command of the English language with a good telephone manner.
- Need to exercise judgement and discretion at all times in providing a confidential and efficient administration service to the hospital .
Bank hours are also available.

Main duties of the job
- To be the first point of contact in welcoming and answering patient/visitor queries to the hospital .
· To effectively deal with all incoming telephone calls via switchboard both internally and externally.
· Take requests for patient notes and forward notes on to appropriate destination.
· Take delivery of goods and effectively deal with delivery notes and forward complete paperwork of orders.
· Book patients into x ray appointments once they have been assessed.
