Job overview

An opportunity has arisen to join the Salary Sacrifice and Travel team within Financial Services. Reporting to the Assistant Technical Accountant, this post has responsibility for all aspects relating to the Trust Hire and Pool Car Schemes.

The post holder also has responsibility for the Trust lease car schemes, and responsibility for, but not limited to the Trust Home Electronics Scheme.

Main duties of the job

This will include, but is not limited to;

  • Responsibility for managing the Hire and Pool car schemes. Informing and advising employees on using the system, registering and setting up staff, dealing with any queries.
  • Responsible for providing detailed information on the appropriate lease car scheme to employees. Checking and managing employee eligibility for the schemes.
  • Obtaining quotes for the Trust Business Lease Car scheme, and the ordering of the vehicles for individual staff members that qualify, plus departmental pooled vehicles including commercial vehicles.
  • Ensuring that the Trust’s Salary Sacrifice Schemes are administered in accordance with customer requirements and HMRC rules and regulations.
  • Provision of adequate administrative support at all times to internal and external customers.
