Job overview

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Band 7 Access Coordinator / Senior Mental Health Practitioner to work within the secondary care Mental Health Services in Brighton and Hove, to provide effective access to a range of services for our local community. The position will be full-time, but we would be happy to consider applications for those looking for part time opportunities. The post holder will work closely with Service Managers, Clinical Leads and the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to contribute towards local service development and high quality patient care.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and liaison skills, and will be expected to build upon and enhance existing connections with referrers and community resources.
