We are recruiting for a Facilities Operative (cleaning) at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital, working 37.5 hours per week on a 2 week rota pattern, alternate weekends and shifts between 7am to 3pm and 11am to 7pm. Experience is welcome though not essential. A full induction and training programme will be applied at the start of your journey with us. Weekends and Bank Holidays attract Enhanced rates of pay. This is primarily a hands-on cleaning position where you will learn all the back-ground skills and knowledge to enable you to complete the role, e.g. enhanced and periodic clean training, National Cleaning standards, completion of paperwork, equipment training and waste management
